For 60 years, Good Samaritan Food Ministries has been serving our community with one simple mission: To feed those in need. What began in 1966 in a small shed on Enota Avenue has grown into a ministry that continues to provide food, hope, and compassion to our neighbors every day. This milestone is a testament to the countless volunteers, supporters, staff, and faithful partners who have shared a vision of loving and serving men, women, and children throughout the years. Their dedication has made six decades of ministry possible.
To celebrate this special anniversary, we are excited to host our very first Anniversary Banquet. Join us for an evening of fellowship as we share a meal, entertainment, reflect on the rich history of Good Samaritan Food Ministries, and look ahead with anticipation to the future of this important ministry.
As part of our 60th Anniversary celebration, a generous donor has offered a $30,000 matching gift challenge. Our goal is to raise $60,000, with every dollar donated being matched up to $30,000. Your support will help us continue serving families in our community for years to come.
